I’ve never had an automotive shop be as honest and transparent as Fleet Service. From the very beginning, they kept me informed about what was going on with my car, what they were checking, and why. Not once did I feel like they were trying … More to upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs. They focused only on what truly needed attention.
Even when the issue turned out to be complex, they stayed committed to helping me find answers—working with another shop and staying in touch the entire time. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about making sure I was treated fairly and taken care of.

I've never had a good experience with an autoshop, so I wasn't expecting much going in to this one. But I was absolutely blown away by how wrong I was! The maintenance and process was respectfully explained, the prices were given … More up front and incredibly competitive, and the customer service! I was wowed. The owner himself gave me a ride to work and ensured I had a ride back to the shop. Even if I move, I will be a repeat customer as long as they'll have me.
