After a mix up with the time of my appointment, I was rescheduled for the next day. Not only did they do a great job on my oil change, but they did a fifty point inspection, give or take. They provided pictures of the good things and the … More bad things they found during this inspection. I was surprised at the paperwork.They handed me at the end. They also ended the appointment by offering me either a coffee or a car wash. I don't see other companies doing that. The service was wonderful, the people were amazing. I recently got a vehicle inspection to ensure my car is safe for a long trip. They charged me a very reasonable price and did a thorough inspection and provided a written report with photographs. In the report they addressed each of the concerns that I had specifically and in detail then they took the time to explain to me what they found during the inspection and gave me suggestions and guidance on how to keep my car running safely. I cannot remember the last time I received this level of customer service from any company.

Excellent customer service, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Their pricing for technicians was transparent and the rep was up front with what the diagnostics would cost, suggesting doing the maintenance I requested later on … More as my brake fluid still had 6 months left, they did not push for what wasn’t necessary.
