Called in for info on brake servicing for a Ford Transit fleet vehicle, and the guy on the phone was the only person out of all service companies called (including the dealership it was purchased at) to inform me that the item at issue was likely still under warranty. We very much appreciate his honesty, and will keep them in mind for future service/repair needs.

I moved to the area from Arizona earlier this year and need to find a place to take my 2012 Escape in for regular maintenance. I researched shot shops near me that had good reviews and Fleet Service came up with the best reviews so I thought I'd check them out. During my first visit, they were super friendly and welcoming to the area. When they find something in my vehicle that needs to be addressed, I don't feel rushed to get it done then and there. They have great prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing great quality auto maintenance!

HONESTY and INTEGRITY...hard to find a place that has it. Several months ago I some work done on my Jeep by Fleet Services. The original repair cost me around $800, unfortunately the same part broke again. I called Fleet, honestly not expecting them to fix it as a warranty issue. When I discovered "my guy" that I trusted was no longer working there, I was certain that I was gonna get screwed. SURPRISE! They not only replaced the part, they fixed the issue that was causing these parts to break, rented me a very nice car, and got it done sooner than they said they would. Best part...It was considered a warranty repair and THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! Shane and everyone there has been great. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

First time visit was a great experience. Service advisers are very helpful and fun to talk with about the problem I had with my van. I will be back next time i need any type of services. Was back recently and had the same great service . Prices are more than fair.

I've been taking both of our cars to Fleet Service for about two years now. They've always done right by me. You'll need to make an appointment because they are always very busy, that said if you've got an emergency they will try their best to fit you in.

I get the care of a car dealership service department without the price. I own a business and bring 5 different vehicles here for all of my service over the last many years. I have had complete motor swaps, and transmission changes, and differential rebuilds, and everything else in between done here, And have never been lied to, or caught them stretching the truth. They have even answered the phone after hours when they were still in the office and didn't have to pick up the phone. They show me used parts they replaced, and some of their mechanics of been there for 10+ years, The owner's family has been running this for 30 years not worth ruining their reputation by replacing parts that don't need to be replaced for a few extra bucks. No business is perfect but this one is pretty close
