I was using Fleet all the way up until I moved away from Everett but was … More reacquainted with them when I had the first time experience of buying my own car and needed a reliable mechanic to check out the older vehicle I had my heart set on.
The amount of knowledge that Rick provides every time we're on the phone blows me away! I'm always wishing I recorded it so I can actually retain some of his knowledge, but he's always willing and receptive to slowing things down to explain anything I don't understand.
The detailed inspection report alone is worth every penny!
You could tell Rick wanted to make sure he took every precaution to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and that I would get the longevity I'm hoping for out of it. Any amount of payment I make toward that intention is invaluable in my opinion.
Although I've mainly interacted with Rick I know it takes a team. The two office assistants that I interact with are always a pleasure and I'm impressed at how well they coordinate things for the shop to run smoothly.
