They also kept me updated with texts and phone calls which I really appreciated. Fleet was recommended to me by friends after a poor experience at another long standing local shop and they are now my go-to auto repair shop. I rarely leave reviews or make recommendations but feel compelled to share because of how great my experience was. Quality results, excellent service, and friendly staff-highly recommend!!!
8/08/2025 follow-up. My battery died and Fleet replaced the battery under warranty. They checked for an issue with the alternator and confirmed there wasn’t an issue. I know nothing about cars and they easily could’ve told me it needed to be replaced. This type of honesty and integrity is why I keep coming back!

I’ve never had an automotive shop be as honest and transparent as Fleet Service. From the very beginning, they kept me informed about what was going on with my car, what they were checking, and why. Even when the issue turned out to be complex, they stayed committed to helping me find answers—working with another shop and staying in touch the entire time. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about making sure I was treated fairly and taken care of.
