I was referred to Fleet my first time ever by Discount Tire, as one of the tire studs was not securely able to be tightened. Fleet informed me that it was not only one, but three of the four tires they found upon their inspection. The auto … More staff was fantastic in keeping me calm and assured, as I began to panic and shared how I had driven to them on the freeway, and was glad that nothing happened as a result.
They fixed all three tires and did so in the time frame they initially quoted. I was very pleased (still am) with their work, their hospitality, knowledge and genuine care about my exasperation.
